Property Officer
Responsibilities: Work in a team to manage the day-to-day estate maintenance matters, which cover horticulture works, conservancy cleaning, upgrading projects, building maintenance issues and all other maintenance related works. Attend to residents’ feedback. Liaise with contractors. Carry out enforcement actions related to common property and open space by-laws. Prepare and maintain proper admin and paper documentation.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to work with colleagues from different departments, possess good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Relationship Manager (To be Stationed at Bedok)
Responsibilities: Support the estate team in managing feedback from residents (walk-in or email or calls). To be the first responder for any escalated cases. Assist with administration support.
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle different situations independently and work well under pressure. Good written and verbal communication.
Contracts & Procurement Senior Executive / Associate
Responsibilities: Manage the digital transformation of the tendering and procurement procedures of the Town Council. Manage high-value contracts, negotiate with vendors and other stakeholders, and streamline operations to bring about greater efficiency in the department’s processes.
We are looking for someone who has experience in Contracts and/or Procurement, has great attention to details and technology savvy.
Project Executive
Responsibilities: To assist the Project Manager and team in coordination with consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Contractors and related agencies for meeting arrangements, email correspondences, meeting minutes and necessary administrative work pertaining to the projects. Manage project progress to ensure timelines are followed and quality standards are met. To conduct site inspections.
We are looking for someone who is a good team player, able to work with minimum supervision, resourceful and has project management/monitoring skills.
Communication Exec (Full time / Part time)
Responsibilities: Work with the PR team to manage daily news monitoring, written content for newsletter, notices, posters, emails, and to support the other departments in various aspects of written communication.
We are looking for someone with excellent writing and copywriting skills, creative, resourceful and meticulous. You are a great team player and also able to execute your work independently with minimal supervisor.
