Town Council Management Changes (from 1 Aug 2025)

Please be informed that from 1 August 2025, there will be changes to the Town Council boundaries across Singapore.

As part of these changes, the following blocks in Tampines GreenGem will come under the management of Tampines Town Council:

• Blk 951A, 951B, 951C
• Blk 952 MSCP, 952A, 952B, 952C
• Blk 953A, 953B, 953C
• Blk 954 MSCP, 954A, 954B, 954C, 954D

If your household falls within this new boundary, please take note of the following:

• Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) will now be payable to Tampines Town Council.
• Estate-related matters, such as maintenance and feedback, will also be managed by Tampines Town Council.
