  • Maintenance of common property, such as void decks, common corridors and car parks
  • Maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations, such as lifts, water pumps, switch rooms and lightings
  • Provision of repairs caused by general wear and tear and major cyclical works, such as estate amenities repair works, re-painting of blocks and re-roofing
  • Provision and upgrading of amenities, such as linkways, lift lobbies, playgrounds and residents’ corners

Conservancy and Horticulture

  • Upkeep the cleanliness of common property and open areas
  • Provision of bulky items removal services
  • Maintain the landscaped grounds within the estate
