Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance
- Maintenance of common property, such as void decks, common corridors and car parks
- Maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations, such as lifts, water pumps, switch rooms and lightings
- Provision of repairs caused by general wear and tear and major cyclical works, such as estate amenities repair works, re-painting of blocks and re-roofing
- Provision and upgrading of amenities, such as linkways, lift lobbies, playgrounds and residents’ corners
Conservancy and Horticulture
- Upkeep the cleanliness of common property and open areas
- Provision of bulky items removal services
- Maintain the landscaped grounds within the estate
Enforcement Actions
- In accordance with the Town Council’s (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws 2013
Payment
- Collection of Service and Conservancy charges (S & CC)
- Collection of fees and charges for the use of common property such as the use of void decks for funerals, weddings, etc
- Collection of fees for permits issued, such as Temporary Occupational Licenses (TOL)
