Repair and Redecoration Works (R&R)

Repairs and Redecoration (R&R) programme is part of the cyclical works undertaken by the Town Council to rejuvenate our estate. The R&R works typically include:-

• Repairs and upgrading of bin chutes
• Repairs to spalling concrete
• Upgrading of corridor and staircase landing lights with energy saving devices
• Upgrading of block aprons and drains
• Washing of external walls
• New coats of paint for external walls
