1. Sign up for e-services (click here) by following the guide in the Town Council-issued pin mailer (Didn’t receive your pin mailer? Call us at 6744 1033 for assistance)

AND/OR

2. Residents get one chance for every month they are subscribed to e-services/a successful deduction is made for S&CC payment, till the next draw period stipulated above

3. Residents double their chances when they sign up for BOTH e-services and GIRO/RCCS
