The present office, located at Block 701, was set up in November 1991. It was built by the Town Council in a record time of 45 days.

The Town Council's present administration then took over the management of the estate after HDB which was then the managing agent for the Council suddenly decided it did not want to do it any more. With close to nothing but a pioneering spirit and common vision, we took off from here.

1992 marked the beginning of the Repairs and Redecoration (R&R)Programme. Works like repairs, whitewashing and repainting were kicked-off at Blks 1,10,24 and 25. We aimed to recreate a town which combines vibrancy with beauty.

Resident Corners were created at void decks to allow residents more avenues to interact with friends and neighbours in a breezy and cool environment. Meanwhile, more general improvement works continued...
