Lift Technician / Senior Lift Technician
Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the lifts in the Town. Carry out maintenance and testing of lifts (in compliance with statutory requirements). Work with lift Maintenance Companies and related vendors. Handle, test, service and repair CCTV equipment.
We are looking for someone who has experience in Lift maintenance work.
IT Executive / Senior IT Executive
Responsibilities: Provide IT support to users (from various branch offices), including user access management and user account info. Administer and maintain hardware and software, systems, servers, computers, network and communication channels/systems. Work with vendors and different departments. Conduct regular backup and manage the disaster recovery plan. Involve in procurement duties for the IT department. Involved in implementation of information technology projects. Perform any other IT related tasks assigned as required by the management.
We are looking for someone who has IT background, and is technically sound. Candidate must be a team player. Candidate must be able to handle duty phone calls 24X7, provide IT support assistance when necessary.
